Please create the same chart but instead of the President look at who controlled the House of Representatives and the Senate. It is Congress who controls the purse strings, so it would be interesting to see who was in control of Congress in comparison to the debt.

Yet now with the chance to reduce it further, they try to keep the alternative F-35 jet engine, keep the NASCAR sponsorship, extend tax cuts that were put in place because we had a surplus at the time, refuse to touch DoD spending, and cut R&D programs that have been proven to the economy at a better than 1:1 return. They're going by ideology regardless of whatever evidence or facts have been shown.

I think you would see a very different picture if you identified which party controlled Congress through these periods, since they are the ones who propose the budget. By the way, the Democrats took over both houses in the '06 election at a time when the deficit was going down. Take a look at your chart and see what happened when the Democrats had their first year controlling both houses. They caused the ending spike to Bush's presidency. Bush is at fault for going along with them. It is to Clinton's credit that he went along with his Republican Congress. Again, prior to the Democrats taking over, the deficit was starting to come down, even despite 9/11, Katrina, the tsunami, two active wars, and an average of 48 natural disasters on U.S. soil PER YEAR under Bush. I'll await your chart update.

Personally I think he had very well thought out arguments. Firstly UFO does stand for Unidentified Flying Object ... so if you already know that it's an alien ship, it is no longer unidentified .. so stop calling it a UFO at that point.

Secondly .. again he is correct in stating that a statement from 1 individual is about the lowest form of evidence accepted into science. Unless you can reproduce something in science, it is not very good evidence to use in supporting a claim.

And the books that are written regarding UFOs in the 21st century are laughable.

it is the presentation of the facts which we're discussing at the wikipedia arbitration, not the facts themselves. In particular, the IQ map is correct and isn't questioned by ANYONE in the debate.

Another thing that's not questioned by either side is the amazing fact that, on average, Asians have brains that are 1% larger than white people's, and 6% larger than blacks'.

Again, I must emphasize that NO ONE ON EITHER SIDE DISAGREES WITH THIS. They DO disagree on the explanation, but the numbers come from dozens of studies duplicated in major universities. The measurements were done with the same MRI medical software that routinely computes the volumes of every other organ in the body, as well as several other ways, including brain weight before birth and at autopsy, empty skull volume (how much plaster is needed to fill it), and, yes, head size measurements. The results are the same in each way you measure it.
